I am a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher. I am passionate about helping others on their path towards inner peace and well-being.
Drawing on mindfulness, breathwork and energy flow principles, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to unwind, release tension and find peace within themselves. Through gentle touch, soothing movement, and therapeutic techniques, I aim to provide a holistic approach to healing that addresses each individual's physical and emotional aspects.
I feel honoured to be able to guide my clients through their healing journeys. By integrating the ancient wisdom of the East with the modern tools of Western science, I strive to offer a truly holistic approach to healing that addresses the root causes of anxiety and stress. My ultimate goal is to empower others to find balance, harmony, and peace within themselves so they can live their lives with greater ease and joy.
I have been practising massage therapy since 2018, specializing in ancient massage techniques rooted in Eastern alternative medicine systems like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, and I regularly attend workshops and trainings to expand my knowledge and skills.
My work is inspired by Eastern philosophy and ancient alternative medicine systems as well as modern research on the mind-body connection. I believe that by cultivating presence, awareness, and self-compassion we can facilitate deep healing and transformation within.
